This animation is organized by Aurore in partnership with
Renaud Dugoujon, chef of the « Restaurant La Cave ».
Unlike the previous years and given the exceptional drought, truffles are not yet mature.
This animation will only start again towards
the end of December.
Truffles’s Saturday standard program :
Demonstration of digging with our dogs on the educational truffle installed on the edge of the Restaurant car park.
Free tasting of truffles, scrambled eggs with truffle over a glass of wine from the estate.
By reservation only, meal with truffles, from starter to dessert.
